Bad Blogger

That would be me.

But I do have a good excuse for not blogging the last few days. Saturday the cough from h-e-double hockey sticks returned. And I was relegated to surviving on tylenol cough syrup (yuck that stuff is horrible) then some kind soul took pity on me and bought me mcd's for supper.

Sunday brought the back and chest pain which made me think I was ready to keel over at any minute. And the discovery this morning of a swollen inflamed disc in my back that made leaning back in any chair VERY painful. So as you can see, its been a delightful weekend.

Add in the trips to Wal-Mart and Zellers that failed to produce anything I wanted to read. I wallowed and bought myself a little back of hershey chocolate bars and proceeded to pass out on the couch last night watching amazing race while trying to remember to breathe. Ah the fun.

So that's why I'm wide awake at 1:30 am working on one of the ms. Though I think a chunk of writer's block cleared, so happy about that. Should return to blogging a little more often this week.

How's the month starting off for you?

Hugs! Hope you're feeling great really soon! Delsym is a terrific cough syrup that apparently has been around forever. And it doesn't taste TOO bad. My terrific future sister in law who graduating pharmacy school recommended it to me :-)

Hang in there, Lis! Rest up and continue with the Hersheys. Chocolate cures everything!

Thanks guys :o) Cough seems to finally be fading away. The abrupt return of snow though hasn't helped the chills much. And just when I thought I was done with flannel!

Thanks for the rec April! Will see if I can find that next time I'm at shoppers. Anything has to be better than that tylenol stuff. Tastes like Sea Breeze toner used to smell.
