Time Flies
Tomorrow is October. How fast did September go? Seems like yesterday I was blogging about August.
October looks like it's going to be a fairly busy month. Thanksgiving. Some classes online and working on Mom's art. I'm trying to get a good program to turn her sketches into Vectors so we can do more with them. Just downloaded the trial of CorelDraw so I'll see how it goes. Have 30 days to try and figure it out. :o)
Waiting to hear back on another parapsych course. If it's a go it'll run from Nov 1st right up till around Christmas so that means another very busy two months, but really looking forward to taking the class if it's a go. Anxious to see what the next level will cover.

Snowing
Apparently there are snow flurries in the forecast. Argh. How sad is that? And I still need a handful of flower photos to finish off a couple calendars. Hopefully it's temporary and the white stuff won't stick around longer than a few hours.
Aside from that, keeping busy scanning. Mom's been on an art binge and I've scanned probably thirty different sketches this week. Slowly getting them uploaded where they need to be. Just need to touch up a few more, but it looks like the Christmas designs will be up reasonably early. :)
Just found some good sub info and thinking about pulling CS back out again. This time it's directly to a publisher, so I'm thinking why not? Just need to tweak a few things in the first chapter that I know are a little off.

Where did the summer go?
Seriously. I think I'd like to turn back time and get some of it back since mine wasn't the best summer I've ever had. Following the concert last month I spent the rest of the month battling a *delightful* round of nausea the likes of which I hope never to see again. :o) That and ginger ale, since I pretty well lived off of it for two weeks straight.
Can't believe it's September, even though a few of the leaves are already turning and falling. Never like seeing that.
Taking one workshop this month and it starts Monday and runs for a month I think. Hopefully this will get rid of the block on Demi's story. Still not sure I like the name Demi for the character but it's a better placeholder than a few **s strung together.
Other than that, nothing too exciting to blog about at the moment.
